Easy-To-Use PaperAir Manager Software
For the broader consumer who may not necessarily have thorough knowledge about scanners, Avision introduced the easy-to-use PaperAir Manager software without a TWAIN driver.
Simply press the Scan button, the scan is completed with the predefined scan settings. Using PaperAir, you have access to the easiest scanning experience, allowing you to scan one, or all, of your document’s pages.

Searching Documents has never been easier
PaperAir Manager comes with a powerful search engine. With the advanced search engine, all documents can be scanned with the image text recognised and saved into a database through the text recognition process.
Simply type your keyword, and documents are searched within seconds through the recognised image text, the file name, and the tag information you create when scanning.
Convert paper documents into Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint files
The PaperAir 1000N scanner automatically recognises image text and saves, both images and the text, into a Microsoft Word/Excel or PowerPoint file.
E-mail or print a scanned image directly from the PaperAir Manager Software.
With PaperAir Manager, you can attach the scanned image to your default e-mail software application or print it out with your printer instead of needing to make copies.
No Power-Cord Required
The PaperAir 1000N is powered by the USB cable to the PC. No external power adapter or cords are needed!
High Optical Resolution of 600 dpi
Despite its small footprint, the PaperAir 1000N is big on resolution. With a true optical resolution of 600dpi, PaperAir 1000N is able to reproduce images in fine detail and subtle shades.
No Warm Up Needed and Fast Scan Speed
The LED illumination system not only saves power, it doesn’t require any warm up time. The PaperAir 1000N is ready to go as soon as you turn it on. It’s fast, too! It only takes 7 seconds to scan an A4 size document.

The PaperAir Manager offers various image enhancement tools to make your scanned images ready for use. With these features, your documents are automatically cropped, straightened, and rotated to the correct orientation.
